"Coca de nadal" from Majorca

Simple, but delicious: Majorcan desserts

Eggs, milk and flour are the basic ingredients. Citrus fruits and other fruits like figs and almonds refine them.
A very famous dessert right after Midnight Mass at Christmas is the "Coca de nadal". Small and round - like a flattened large boule ball it looks. Grated potatoes with sugar, flour and butter make it a fluffy deliciousness.
